SHG FORMATION
The objective of this training programmes is to motivate unemployed rural women to form into SHGs and to give them training on thrift, small saving as well as access to credit from bank / financial Institution.
FISHERY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
In association with the District Fisheries Office, Thoubal District and KVK, Thoubal, the ROSE organized 10 days training course on Fish and Prawn Farming at the office of the organisation to sensitize and make aware of the benefit and uses of fish , prawn farming to the marginal farmers.
INCOME GENERATION
The content of this training programmes were motivating the unemployed rural women to form into SHGs and to give awareness on training, thrift, small saving as well as access to credit from bank / financial Institution.
DAIRY, POULTRY AND GOATERY FARMING
The ROSE has been extending different kind of training programme on dairy, poultry, goatery farming specially for small and marginal farmers from socio economically weaker sections.
HANDICRAFTS TRAINING PROGRAMME
The ROSE organised four months Handicrafts Training Programme at the Vocational Training Centre of this association at Mayang Imphal, Imphal West District, Manipur. Fifty women and girls from different villages of Thoubal district, Manipur were given proper training in this programme. This Training Programme has given financial support to the different poor families. During the programme trainees produced different handicraft products.
HANDLOOM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
The ROSE organised four months Handloom Development Programme at the Vocational Training Centre at Thoubal Moijing of this association. Ninety women and girls from different villages of Thoubal district, Manipur were given proper training in this programme. This Training Programme has given financial support to the different poor families.
